It’s been another busy month for the team at the leading south coast packaging manufacturer, Wessex Packaging. The enquiries have been coming in thick and fast, with the the team narrowly missing out on a contract with Ann Summers, which would have made interesting packing solutions for all the various shapes and sizes in the product range!

We have been packing various unusual things like scale model tanks and yachting navigation systems. We have also printed images of lettuces on boxes & quoted on long triangular foam pieces. We have a wide range of manufacturing abilities and can effectively pack almost anything due to the wide range of materials we have available, such as polyurethane foam and specialist packing foam.

With the recent snow bringing the country to a grinding halt, Wessex Packaging’s customers were not left out in the cold. Big brands such as Tesco and Marks & Spencers even stopped taking orders as with the heavy snow, delivery could not be guaranteed in time for Christmas. However Wessex Packaging managed to make all their deliveries during the recent snowy weather, all the team definitely deserve a pat on the back for making it happen!
