We also have a lot of experience in developing packaging for the broadcast industry.  Much of this type of equipment is sent abroad and therefore requires a high standard of protection, for which we have evolved a number of efficient designs.We have developed a great deal of knowledge regarding the packaging of broadcast equipment and have the experience to design the right packaging with the right materials for the right product.

We can supply packaging for PCB's, all types of rack mounted units (1U, 3U etc) and many other types of broadcast components. We understand the requirements to safely pack electronics protecting the delicate parts inside of valuable broadcast equipment, whilst also paying attention to cost and space considerations. We have packed a large number of different rack mounted units over the years and have a range of designs to suit all applications, whether it be for a large number of units being shipped on pallets or single units being shipped across the world by courier.

There is a wide range of materials, which we can use in the manufacturing process specifically for broadcast equipment. For example: anti-static polyurethance foam in both plain and profiled form, both polyethylene foam & pink anti-static polyethylene foam, conductive plastic Correx & black conductive coated coardboard and static dissipative Plastazone foams.
