Electronics Packaging

Over the years we have developed a great deal of knowledge regarding the packaging electronics and have the experience to design the right packaging with the right materials for the right product.

We can supply packaging for PCBs, all types of rack mounted units (1U, 3U etc) and many other types of electronic components. We understand the requirements to safely pack electronics protecting the delicate parts inside valuable electronic units, whilst also paying attenetion to cost and space considerations. We have packed a large number of different rack mounted units over the years and have a range of designs to suit all applications, whether it be for a large number of units being shipped on pallets or single units being shipped across the world by courier.

There is a wide range of materials which we can use in the manufacturing process specifically for electronic components. For example: anti-static polyurethane foam in both plain and profiled form, both polyethylene foam & pink anti-static polyethylene foam, conductive plastic Correx & black conductive coated cardboard and static dissipative Plastazote foams. Additionally we can manufacture pin-insertion packs comprising carbon loaded, conductive polyurethane foam.
