Over the last few decades we have built up vast experience in developing bespoke packaging for a vast range of items from tiny, delicate electronic ceramic items & PCBs to Mazda MX5 hardtops & MOD missile packs.

We have the expertise to develop, design and manufacture cardboard or foam packs or combined cardboard & foam packs. We have a wide range of materials & manufacturing techniques which are matched to the product design.

In this way your product is very well protected whilst at the same time saving you production costs, as packaging your items will be a far quicker exercise when compared to using loosefill or bubblewrap. As your bespoke pack will be made to suit your item rather than using an oversize box, the packaging will save you transit costs in terms of cubic capacity.

One common misconception is that bespoke packaging is expensive for small quantities. This does not need to be the case as we always endeavour to find a solution which meets your needs in terms of cost, materials. protection and overall quality.
