Polyurethane Foam

Most people will recognize polyurethane foams as the spongier types of foam than are available. We use this type of foam to provide a high cushioning factor. Polyurethane is very often used in 0427 (pizza style) cartons in both plain and profiled forms. These cartons, combined with either plain or anti-static polyurethane foam are typically used for PCBs and other types of small electrical & ESD items.

Profiled foam (egg box style) can be provided in all grades and with varying profiles, which are made of the base, and the rise and fall which makes up the peaks and troughs. These dimensions can be varied to suit the pack, protection required or budget available.

Polyurethane foams most commonly occur in 12KG, 22KG & 28KG densities along with pink anti-static grades.

We are also able to supply polyurethane chipfoam which is recycled foam reconstituted to form recycled foam blocks.
