We Have A Bumper Month For Orders!

At Wessex Packaging HQ we have recently had our largest order taken from our SEO campaign! William Pollard Printers have placed an order worth £20,000+ for printed Correx boxes and divisions which in turn is for a large medical supply company. This has resulted from a lot of hard work, sampling & negotiating over a period of about 4 months!!

Our SEO campaign is managed by digital agency Adido and we work with them to try and get our website ranking as high as possible on the Google listings. William Pollard Printers found the Wessex Packaging website whilst searching on Google and got in touch with us when they found out the services we offer.

In other news from the industry, the shortlist of companies in the running for the UK Packaging Awards has been announced! More than 250 entrants were in the running so expert judges were brought in from some of the world’s biggest brands and retailers such as PepsiCo, Unilever, Sainsbury’s, PZ Cussons, Heinz, Waitrose and many more. With the entrants whittled down to shortlists for the relevant categories such as SME of the Year, Metal Pack of the Year, Cartonboard Pack of the Year, and many more, the wait is now on until the 16^th November, when the black-tie dinner and awards ceremony will be held.
