At Wessex Packaging, we sell a wide range of foam packaging and service lots of different business sectors. As well as offering foam in a variety of sizes, densities and thicknesses however, we also offer a completely bespoke service. Offering a service where customers by customise their order means that our valued customers are more likely to be presented with a solution that meets their needs exactly.
The products in the images below are only the tip of the iceberg with regards to what we can create on both a large and small scale. Having access to custom foam packaging means that you can protect a wide range of products, whether you use durable, closed cell Polyethylene foam or cushion it with open cell Polyurethane foam; this sort of packaging works well for glassware, delicate electronics, medical equipment, furniture and much more. Foam is also lightweight, making carriage costs cheaper.
Having your foam packaging cut to size does not necessarily equal a higher price either. At Wessex Packaging, we dislike waste and try and avoid it wherever possible.
Custom orders reduce the potential for wastage considerably and can work out to be more cost effective as well as saving the planet!

Custom packaging design
We understand that businesses and their individual needs are all different. This is why we offer an end to end packaging design service that incorporates all of these needs. We have designed everything from bespoke die cut cartons and egg crate foam right through to large “cut to size” foam sheets and blocks.
We also use a range of foam materials including Ethafoam and Plastazote.
Simply tell us what you need and we will design it for you.
Most customers then ask us to go and manufacture what we have designed, others present the design to their manufacturing team and produce the packaging that way.

Printing
We offer Cooper printing as part of our service and have the capabilities to also print on cardboard. We have a full range of standard ink colours but can also provide most pantone colours if that is required. Click here for more information.

We offer a free packaging design and sampling service; perfect for when you are investing in bespoke foam packaging for a tricky product for example.
