Wessex Packaging uses a wide range of high quality materials to ensure your items arrive to your customers without a scratch.

We work closely with businesses from a number of different industries and have acquired a wealth of knowledge in doing so.

Our team is dedicated to finding the perfect material for a variety of projects, with our in-house specialists available to advise you on the right material and grades to suit your needs; as well as providing free designs and samples to help you envisage your product.

There are two core foam materials we use for our packaging: polyethylene foam and polyurethane foam.

Polyethylene foam

We supply a range of polyethylene foams in several grades to make sure we cater for all our customers’ requirements. We stock Stratocell, Plastazote, Ethafoam, Polylam and Jiffy foam. These are available in standard, anti-static, conductive & flame retardant formats.

Polyurethane foam

In addition to polyethylene foam we also supply polyurethane foam which is a spongier alternative to other foams, providing high levels of cushioning.

Corrugated Cardboard

With our vast range of corrugated cardboard styles, from Standard B Flute to export grade, we consider ourselves specialists in this area. Our corrugated cardboards range from 1.5mm thick to 9mm thick so we really do have the material to suit any job.

Black Conductive Cardboard

Ideal for the electronics industry, our black conductive cardboard is static sensitive and transports electronic goods in the safest way possible.
