Alongside our press machines, we also have a routing machine which enables us to fabricate more complicated shapes out of foam. Additionally, it allows us to work with shapes where the depths required vary.

This machine is very adept at routing foams such as Plastazote which is widely regarded as the Rolls Royce of polyethylene foams and is often used in flight cases and similar items. This type of foam is extremely durable and lightweight. It also keeps its shape well, bouncing back into its original form when squashed.

Our routing machines are a huge benefit to us as they allow us to take control of these complexed materials and shape them to our clients specific needs.
